Price information

Prices are per person and night including breakfast.
Local tax € 2,05 per person/day (from 15 years old) is additional.

Prices include use of sauna, infrared-cabin and steam room.
Please check opening times for our wellness area.

The Zell am See - Kaprun CARD is included in the price in summer.
At the Tauern Spa Kaprun you receive a 10% reduction off entry fee.


- DEPOSIT -
Your reservation is fix as soon as your deposit has been confirmed. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
100 € of the price of the room is payable on the day of reservation. The remainder is payable on arrival.


- CHECK IN & CHECK OUT -
Check in: from 1:00 pm till 7:00 pm
After 7:00pm (key is in the keybox) please contact us

Check out: by 10:00 am


- CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND FEES -
Cancellations are always unpleasant. Please notify us in writing if you need to cancel.

For cancellations the following conditions apply:

up to 2 weeks prior to arrival	50% of the total price
up to 1 week prior to arrival	70% of the total price
Cancellations up to 1 day prior to arrival - 100% of the total price.
Late arrivals, early departures and no shows - 100% of the total price is payable.

Cancellation conditions apply, regardless of whether the room is re-let in full or in part. Room cancellations are valid in writing only.

Deposits (100€ booking security) are non-refundable.
